Advanced/Apprentice: Culinary Chronicles, Capers & Canards

Snack shack#1 On Thursday the 10th it was my first time in the snack shack this year and forever as a matter a fact. When I was ready to come down to school I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. When I got to school I entered the snack shack and I was greeted by Connor Murphy. As soon as we were all settled we were down and ready to go. We went back to the culinary room to grab supplies and then we put it inside of Jimmy’s mess of a car. I took the job of grille, I knew this would be fine for me because I’m not worried about cooking burgers and hot dogs I could do it in my sleep! It was only girl’s soccer so there was no crowd at all. In total about 30 people ordered food so I thought it was an excellent night to slowly get my feet wet and get a taste for the snack shack and how it works. Overall I thought it was a first fun and great experience with some friends in the snack shack! Michaelb.
